Spring is here. The sun is finally upon us! Now is the time- get out for a bike ride, or walk and enjoy the fresh air.

The benefits of walking in the sun can include: reduced stress, it can give you more energy to get through your day, and vitamin D, which all of us in the Northwest can benefit from.
